Senior Civil Engineer | Brisbane

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with 6+ years' experience to join the Civil and Water Team at Bligh Tanner.

Bligh Tanner is a structural, civil, environmental and water engineering consultancy originally established in Queensland. Over the past 29 years, we have been responsible for some of Australia’s most innovative and complex engineering projects, from multimillion dollar special structures through various partnerships including GOMA, through to world leading integrated water management systems.

We are looking for someone with initiative, who has a keen interest in innovative engineering, competent in key areas of practice and the capacity to manage complex projects with a focus on client satisfaction.

Suitable levels of experience in Civil Consulting Engineering.
Demonstrated ability to write successful tenders and generate repeat work from clients.
Technical analytical skills and the ability to learn using research, enquiry and digital analysis to solve complex engineering problems
A desire and interest in mentoring, guiding a team, and developing the skills of less experienced engineers.
A passion for design, innovation and sustainability, and desire to positively influence change
