+ The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Senior Administrator to provide solutions to key office administration tasks. The purpose of the role is that the office runs in a smooth professional manner and ensures staff are directly and positively supported in their day-to-day project work. 

In this role, you will provide broad contribution to the functioning of both our Brisbane and Sydney teams by supporting Human Resources administration functions, maintaining employee documentation, reviewing and updating company policy, supporting the administration of recruitment, monitoring and implementing Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Management requirements, providing ad hoc project support and supporting administration functions.  For this, we are looking for a talented individual with some essential skills and experience including:

  • Extensive administration experience within a consultancy environment
  • Document management & control experience
  • Experience in managing Quality systems and processes
  • Experience in supporting recruitment tasks
  • Experience in writing and updating policy documents
  • Intermediate experience of IT Systems and trouble shooting
  • Demonstrated administration, planning, proof reading and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail and report writing skills
  • Collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders, 
  • Ability to work independently and within team environment and to competing priorities
  • Strong planning, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated high level proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Microsoft Excel, with capacity to learn and adapt to new technology and systems
  • Experience in the Creative Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Excellent communication skills, including strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Experience in the built environment sector
  • Advanced Graphic design skills (Creative Suite)
