+ The Opportunity 

We have an opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join the Administration + Accounts team. The accounts team is responsible for effectively administering the financial aspects of the company including meeting all statutory requirements. 

 

Our expectations of this person are:

 

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a talented individual with essential skills and experience including:


  • Firm grasps of Accounting principles – Min 5 years accounts experience
  • Previous use of Xero Accounting software
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Good analytical, organisational and time management skills
  • A dedicated approach to work and the ability to communicate on all levels


      To succeed in this role, we are looking for a talented individual with essential skills and experience including:


        • Payroll including Superannuation, Payroll Tax and EOFY Reporting
        • Accounts Payable / Receivable
        • Reconciliation of accounts
        • Cash Flow Monitoring including assisting with Debtors
        • Invoicing 
        • Local Buy Reporting. 
        • General Accounts Functions. 
        • Ad-hoc assistance to Directors and Business Manager 
        • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
        • A dedicated approach to work  
        • Proactive, solution focused & results driven. 
        • Excellent communication skills
